Lmao at the prevention section. It list a ton of individual strategies to go to sleep more easily and somewhere in the middle it’s like “also maybe it could be your job draining you”.
Me ruining my sleep schedule so I can doomscroll and go to bed even more depressed than normal.
Frequency: every day.
It pays off in the moment but then you die to death the next day.
Yeah but that’s a whole next day away.
Psh, that’s a problem for future-me. The only problem is that future-me quickly becomes current-me… And current-me is continually reminded that past-me is a fucking prick.
