This is something like a gravitational anomaly that has affected the time space continuum in that you can move even though “Time” is stopped and everyone else is frozen in the moment
Alright so I can do aforementioned things, read books, build a cabin in the middle of nowhere, etc. And I was thinking about what Zathras said, if I could drive I could probably weave around people without incident. It just occurs to me what might happen if time started moving forward meanwhile. Also dependent on that factor, the political and social ramifications, oh my. Easy Luigi mode, if I were so inclined. I’ve seen time travel depicted so many different ways and with so many different rules so its made me particular.
