Yes, your child will not be bullied and everyone will think extra highly of them. It also reflects positively on you as a parent and highlights to everyone how your particular kid is more special than others.
So, here you are. Aren’t ya. AREN’T YA? Ya, ya are.
Yes, your child will not be bullied and everyone will think extra highly of them. It also reflects positively on you as a parent and highlights to everyone how your particular kid is more special than others.
I’ve been saying this for yeeears. People shouldn’t be near as afraid of AI as they should be of the people in charge of it.
How out of the loop are you people? That has been a thing for a while, we’ve got more than a handful high profile AI religions and cults out there already…
The vast majority of conversations I have with people on a daily basis are on an order of magnitude more moronic than the ones I have with AI. So that also plays a part.
Not really. A mirror shows an actual reflection of yourself. An AI response is a highly curated version of a particular subset of ideas, in fact, the more I think about it the more this analogy straight up implodes.
Nice!
“Ok guys, here it comes! Just like we practiced, wait for it, wait for it, wait for it, NOOOW! EVERYBODY STAY PERFECTLY STILL!”
This person is not wrong. I’m sadly incapable of breaking the cycle, but for the short periods that I do, my depression is greatly alleviated. Abandoning reddit was probably had the most positive impact on my mental health of anything I’ve done in years.
THANK YOU. Jesus I’ve been looking for that for so long. If I had any web dev chops I’d make something like that and integrate with a scraper that takes headlines from all over the world and puts them in a matrix like that. I’d take something like it and do it for reddit or the fediverse as well, scrolling down post by post is such a dumb concept.
I did not realize I remembered an XP key until you wrote that one. Holy shit. You just nostalgia’d me! Thank you!
We updated the roads, your old car won’t work on these.
My wall keeps crashing and I don’t know why.
Developer, smacking wall: “This bad boy ain’t going nowhere”
User base, rolling up their trebuchets:
And keep both walls for redundancy.
It’s a bottle of vaseline. What’s the weird-out?
How this isn’t obvious and something we should collectively want is beyond me. We really don’t fucking need more than 8 billion people. I don’t think we need more than 1, and even that is pushing it.
Aye, it be true. It done been like the man say’th!
You were also able to type out a message and send it using a single hand, you only needed to recharge the phone once a week, and it didn’t shatter like an icicle if you so much as sneezed at it, it was cheap and it didn’t spy on you. Smart phones is the dumbest thing that happened to humanity.
Can someone decode what the hell this person is even trying to say.
Don’t be sad, there’s still a chance it hits Earth and ends human civilization!
