The phrase “ok slimers” legitimately made me laugh out loud

What I love every time I see this comic is that Alex knew he would be persecuted for his art, and has accepted it.

- the table was circular and small for a table, like maybe two could sit at it. I didn’t imagine a material.
- I imagined more about the ball than anything else, it was made of a spongy material like in those sponge brushes for painting, and it was red. The person was a complete blank slate. The table was only circular, nothing else.

It’s not meaningless, it’s just evolved into signifying an aesthetic/lifestyle different from the norm. English is a living language, so many words change in meaning over time

She intended to pour water in someone else’s bag several times over a period of months in a targeted harrasment campaign, it’s fine!
What’s hers is your, and vice versa. Her responsibility is your responsibility. If you disagreed with her on something as fundamental as fascism and white nationalism, you wouldn’t be married to her.

If you had a stomach ache and had a poo with stomach acid in it (eg diarrhea), the acid can irritate your ring and make farts hurt.

Yes. In the story the elf here, Frieren, is travelling on foot with humans across the continent they live on. Frieren often wants to stop at towns they come across to rest, or study something local, or wait for favorable conditions, for anywhere from a year to multiple decades. The humans with her constantly have to remind her that a decade is like a 7th or 8th of their lifetime, even if it’s only a few moments for her comparatively.
