Hab letztens auch gedacht, dass Linke oder normale Bürger einfach auch diese Zeichen nutzen sollten um sie den Rechten wieder weg zu nehmen. Hat ja soweit ich weiß zB mit Pepe dem Frosch auch funktioniert. Die Rechten wollten den ja mal als “ihr Symbol” etablieren aber heutzutage nutzen den soweit ich weiß ja auch andere.

I recently tried out some terminals but in the end it didn’t really make all that big of a difference, maybe because I use tmux so I don’t need split functionality. For a long time I used Gnome Console because it came with my distro but then I tried Ghostty because some people said it was the best and I also thought I was missing out. However for me it was mostly the same as before and it was cool in a way but for some reason it didn’t really click. Now I am using Wezterm because other people said it’s the best and what i like is that it comes as a flatpak and it is configured using Lua. But I could just go back to Gnome Console if I had to.

I also have a DAC connected via USB to my laptop but I have never experienced this. Which distro are you on?

Die Welt kann sich glücklich schätzen, dass Spinner wie die einfach dann doch Idioten sind. Stelle man sich mal vor was die alles anrichten könnten wenn die koordiniert zusammenarbeiten würden und einen gemeinsamen Plan verfolgen würden.

My switching started with dual booting Ubuntu and Windows but I quickly realised that I only wanted to use Ubuntu so then I removed windows from my laptop. Then I started looking around and tried Manjaro for a while and also had a short look at Mint but it was too close to windows for me.

Then I heard of immutable atomic distros and liked the concept so I used Vanilla OS, Fedora Silverblue and finally landed on Aeon which I currently use and am very happy with. I like that you have a stable clean base system and all the stuff you want to try out lives in containers and can easily be removed.

Recently I installed and tuned Arch with Hyprland on a second PC and also like that a lot but am unsure if I want to move away from atomic updates on my main laptop. I just really like that there is always at least one snapshot that you can boot into which works and you will robably never be locked out of your system entirely.

Echt? Ich fahre bis jetzt immer noch gut damit hauptsächlich Stichworte zu suchen außer wenn ich Fragen hab die auch genaus so in einem Forum beantwortet worden sein können.
