I started with WordPress + Cooked, then moved to WordPress only, and am currently looking to convert all recipes to markdown as well. Will give mkdocs a try.

Immich, paperless, Bitwarden, and a static website with recipes. I am very happy with all of them. Next projects are Forgejo, obsidian live sync (via CouchDB) and a budgeting software (not decided yet)

I have pretty much the same setup. Works like a charm.

Same feeling about Jetbrains. I always upgraded to the latest Pycharm version until now. I actually downgraded from 2025 to 2024, because I don’t like the new UI.
