I am usually on a 6 month rhythm. Cut short and then slowly transition to longer hair and then cutting when it gets annoying. Currently I am letting it grow even longer, just to check how it looks. But I have curly hair, so my rhythm definitely wouldn’t work on everybody

You don’t even have to realy train anything. There are more than enought ai checkers online. You would simply have to package one of them in a browser addon
