They used Cat GPT? meow wonder its such a mess, searching out all that catnip and snoozing all day long is hard work!
I haven’t used them in a while but Fitness blender has a good selection. You can pick options on their website - cardio/hiit/low impact etc. to find what you need. No over excitable workout leaders, nice and clear, straight forward vids to watch.
They used to be free, but looks like they have a large pay section now, with some free vids still there. They were all previously on YT too so look there as well if you like the style.
But unfortunately abuse creates deep insecurity, which creates a drive for power (control), so I think the OP isn’t far off the mark. Benevolent ruling is largely history washing imo, even if some good acts were carried out. The winner writes the history after all.
But your point is broadly fair - in most cases there is great variety in life. The ruling class, however, consists of less than 0.0001% of the global population so lies outside or the majority (figure made up for illustrstive purposes!).
They’re no worse than (possibly better than) people who voted for whichever party because their parents/newspaper taught/told them to, or because that’s who they always vote for and are too lazy, stubborn, peer pressured or insecure to change - i.e. people who claim to be politically literate but don’t actually have a clue what they’re really voting for.
I’m with you ‘brother’, albeit one year behind. Let us tell tales of effective protest and civilian action!
Yep, I have a ‘random shit’ drawer too
Today/the last week, I have been mostly listening to Instant Rewards by Tides from Nebula, along side their previous album From Voodoo to Zen.
Probably not, there’s plenty of people who mostly just listen to the radio and don’t own much music. Sounds much the same. If it doesn’t work for you then it doesn’t work for you!
It’s an awesome opening to the album, “oooaaaahhh POWERRRNERRD!”, classic Devin!
So many bands I’d love to see! But that’s somewhat small fry, so to speak, so ancient history, if I could travel to a different location also instantaneously (guess that’dhave to be possible or else it’dbe pretty boring or hard work!). Ancient Egypt, Greece, Central America Mayans… but then, are WE immune from consequences also?! Free from contracting diseases, free from being sacrficed to a god or getting enslaved?! Can we communicate with them?! Dinosaurs would also be awesome, if immunity was guaranteed…chomp!
Or perhaps just see my dad again :)
Why would bringing back photos have consequences? It’s not like it’ll suddenly make them become extinct! I assume the OP means consequences on the past not future of course! :)
Paper chains around the room!
I spend too much time at my pc or driving so get lower back pain. I recently found this workout that’s really good. It’s challenging but really works well! I sometimes have to ease back a little, especially on the last part, but it still helps.
Apologies, I can’t remember how/where to get alternative YT links.
Also Hong Kong, not really an invasion, but definitely not a welcomed rule of power after the UK left.
I understand clearly that you think domestic cats are a natural part of the ecosystem, which they are not. Just because they were introduced a long time ago that doesn’t make them natural predators, and just becsuse their impact on native wildlife started a long time ago, that only makes it all the more damaging.
Yes we have wildcats, but like any animal, they have a natural niche. Domestic cats are simply everywhere and their populations are sustained by humans far far above any possible natural population numbers.
Therefore it is completely relevant to keep domestic cats indoors. I don’t know about the US approach you’re referring to, but I expect that domestic cats can have a similar impact there as anywhere.
There is simply nothing natural about domestic cats in natural ecosystems. I presented four peices of evidence and you still don’t see it!
The say the UK lacks predators, you clearly seem to have read one thing about it (I’m guessing about wolves, and therefore large predators, which have a completely different ecological niche to small cats, wild or domestic) and extrapolate that to equate this idea of yours!
You’ve simply got it wrong.
Absolute BS!
Domestic cats are well known predators of rodents, birds and bats!

That’s me on the left with my sister. The cat was called Thomas. Any guesses as to the ‘pc’ ?
