Nowhere? Sit with my own sadness. Go to the gym and work my frustration out on weights. Play games and forget? Unfortunately none of them healthy coping mechanisms, but talking to close ones leads to more issues because I’m very bad at putting my feelings into words without causing distress to others apparently. So inwards it goes.

I agree with the first one. Everyone should be able to love any adult in any way shape or form they want with consent of all involved parties.

But the the relatives one runs into issues with abuse and clear voluntary consent. Grooming is an actual thing, and a much bigger potential risk if the groomer is raising you from your infancy. I would add the caveat if you really want to make it acceptable, it should only be allowed between people of the same generation, and only when they’re well into adulthood.

How would you deal with violent crimes (murder, rape, abuse, things that are considered morally reprehensible by most people, regardless of religion and affiliation) without a penal system? Mob punishment?

Where I work, it’s a non issue. As long as it doesn’t impact your work and nobody notices it (foul odor or behaviour), nobody could care less.

To be honest, books are the only form of media I don’t pirate. They deserve my money. Sucks that I have to use big shops to get them digital, but it’s so easy…

After some more thinking, I guess the original piracy has to come from somewhere :)

Swap to a 0 calorie version and just keep enjoying it? Fizzy drinks are a pretty harmless vice in the grand scheme of things. Hollow calories, so if you can replace it with a 0 calorie version, it would at least stop affecting your weight.

Depending on your local postal laws and how willing your postman is, it would either get delivered, and the delivery address gets asked to pay, or it would not get delivered. Or it would get delivered, with just a little complaint note attached.

I’d argue the risk of non delivery is probably relatively high in most countries.

Place where I live has super good postal delivery. My workplace gets quite a lot of post. They deliver it with a little note to inform you postal fees should be paid.

I use windows. I haven’t paid for a windows key since windows 7 iirc. Windows has been free for years. (I know you pay with your data etc. Good luck convincing average Joe who uses all social media services that this even matters)
