I can confirm I’ve seen their ads in person in multiple places in Los Angeles. North Hollywood had a billboard near the Noho gateway sign, and I think the red line? had a bunch of ads on the inside and outside of some of the trains a year or two ago.

In that case I think the real issue would be how long it’s safe to store at room temperature, since edible cookie doughs do still require refrigeration as far as I know. If you popped an edible cookie dough in for 30 minutes you’d probably be fine, the more hours you tack on the sketchier it gets.

Reminder that cookie dough kept above 40 F/4.4 C but below 190 F/88 C is in the bacterial danger zone that allows bad bacteria to multiply and give you food poisoning.

There’s also some amount of risk from raw dough, but I’m not gonna pretend I don’t ignore that when it comes to cookie dough.

Meds helped me with this a lot. Not the first or even the second medication I tried, maybe the third or fourth? Really good therapy, too. That took maybe another four tries with different therapists for me.

The worst part is being incredibly overwhelmed with anxiety makes it really, really hard to deal with shitty experiences with any of the above. It’s demoralizing when it doesn’t work out and it’s not perfect when it does work out. Still miles better than I was before.

Anyone who thinks there needs to be more American flags at the protests is welcome to bring them along with themselves. But sitting here criticizing the people actually off their ass and trying to protect democracy and their neighbors is bullshit.

Further, the right is literally never going to see resistance to Trump positively. Anyone who has been on the Fox News drip for the past 20 years is so unhinged that living in California is a crime to them. Asking people whose neighbors and family members have been kidnapped by the federal government to hide their heritage in their protests because it might offend people that already hate them and want them gone is ridiculous. At least if you want to keep those people as allies.

This would likely be true even if it was a real cartoon, for the most part they draw from the sound effects library of whatever studio is working on the project.

Having that impulse to think that is good, stopping there isn’t.
