Repeat 4 times and on the 4th time it’s a 35 min break.

Basically forces your brain to cool off and relax between studying time. You retain better over time but it depends on what you’re studying.

Technologic.

Having a toy is just as good for that purpose.

You won’t be treated as if it’s a toy though.
