i did debate with someone else in the room about that when i was drafting my comment, but i figured it had to be direct ownership, good point though.
From what i know vampires can enter a home if a inhabitant or owner gives explicit permission, in that case, since the warrant is permission from the government to enter a home, the vampire would only be able to if the home is government housing, since then the government would be the direct owner.
Waterfox is always out of date (and isn’t great imo), but zen is quite nice and as a bonus is always on the latest version of ff

Partly a cultural thing, i already speak french fluently and i like the culture in france more than the culture of Québec (canada’s french speaking province, where i live).
But also practical, i want to live in a walkable city and the only real option in Québec is almost as expensive as living in paris’ 19 arrondissements. I could find a nice place that’s less expensive to live in in france, at least, i hope.

i feel like it’s a euphemism intended to make the transaction feel less costly for the person giving
