Look, I’m one of those ADHD folks who are pretty successful in their career despite all the mental issues.

Let me tell you, it still kinda sucks. Every day is a struggle. Even though it always works out in the end for me, the process is the punishment.

It’s a no-brainer, really. You just need to leverage the paradigm shifting synergies effectively to create a win-win situation. It’s not rocket science.

Anyhow, let’s touch base next week. Keep me in the loop!

People need to recognize their own value, which depends on the present (situation, time, geography, social conditions, economic conditions, etc) and not how they are viewed by “a system” or “society”. What’s this got to do with adhd?

As someone with the adhd, this is clearly an exaggeration of what I (and others) have felt and still feel on our lives. It has to do with ADHD in the sense that we struggle to conform to society expectations and therefore, we commonly feel behind on life and even with a lot of effort, we struggle to “catch up”. Going to therapy helped a lot with self worth, also being diagnosed was really helpful, before that I always was depressed because I could not fulfill expectations due to my focus issues(and other adhd symptoms). Hope this helps to understand this meme and community!
